  5. PROGRAM HINTS:

  8. 1) When the program starts, an opening animation sequence plays. To
  9.    skip the opening animation sequence, press the [ESC] button. You
  10.    will be brought to the Contents screen or, if you have left a
  11.    bookmark, the bookmarked page.

  14. TROUBLE SHOOTING:
  15. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  16. 1) This program has been designed to run using 256 colors. If you are 
  17.    not displaying 256 colors you will need to change your Windows 
  18.    system settings.

  20.    To change your Windows System Settings:
  21.     - Run Windows Setup (usually located in the Main program group
  22.       of the Program Manager). 
  23.     - Select "Change System Settings ..." from the Options menu.
  24.     - Change the Display setting to Super VGA (640X480, 256 colors), 
  25.       Super VGA (600X800, 256 colors, small fonts) or an equivalent
  26.       256 color, SMALL font setting.
  27.     *** If you choose a LARGE font setting, text in the program may not
  28.         display properly.
  29.       
  30. 2) If you find that text is not displayed properly when running the program,
  31.    you may need to change your Window's Display so that you are using SMALL 
  32.    fonts:  see directions above.
  33.  
  34. 3) To improve CD-ROM performance, check your config.sys file and make sure
  35.    that smartdrv.exe is loaded AFTER your CD-ROM driver. The following is
  36.    an example (however, the command to load your CD-ROM device may differ):

  38.         DEVICE = C:\MMPRO16\DRIVERS\SGCDM.SYS /D:MSCD000 /P:320 /I:12
